Return and Exchange Policy
Dear Customer,
You can return undamaged and unused products that are purchased on deveronlewendal.com within 14 days of receiving the item. Deveron Lewendal will not accept any returns after this period. Please inform us of your decision via email contact@deveronlewendal.com. The message should contain the following information: your order number and name of the product, adress and detailed discription of the issue. Finally, write "Return of purchase" as subject of the letter.
Once we receive the returned goods, we will inspect and process them to ensure that you get what you want as quickly as possible. If we are unable to provide a suitable exchange, we will automatically refund your money and let you know by email. In the case of a refund, this will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase.
You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back. But we have free exchange service. If there are any signs that the watch is used, we will not accept the return or exchange. Kindly observe that Deveron Lewendal is not responsible for any items lost during the return/exchange shipping.
Want to switch to another product? We offer the same rules but you can change products for free. If you wish to receive an exchange, please send back your order and place a new one at your own convenience.
OBS! Leather straps. Any thin veins, slight scars and creases that may be visible on the leather straps are not acceptable when returning or switching to another product.
