Taxes
All prices shown on the Deveron Lewendal website, deveronlewendal.com, are including VAT, in accordance with the applicable legislation. Please note that in case of an order is shipped to an delivery address outside the EU, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are collected when the shipment reaches your delivery address. You will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes. It should be noted that Deveron Lewendal has no control over these charges and, since these charges are different for different countries. Deveron Lewendal advises you to contact your local customs office for further information.
Shipping
When shopping at our web-shop, we offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. If you wish to cancel your purchase, we can only do so before your order has left our warehouse. We offer full tracking services with all our products. If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, please report this to us. For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, Deveron Lewendal reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companie´s administrative costs.
Deveron Lewendal bears no direct or indirect responsibility for example, but not limited to, incompatibility, delivery delays, downtime, data loss, additional work or other economic harm.
Payment
Pay securely over the internet. Deveron Lewendal accepts international payments through VISA, MasterCard, Pay Pal and Klarna. Card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by anyone other than your bank and not either by Deveron Lewendal.
We are in cooperation with Klarna. Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and Klarnas privacy statement.
