Warranty Terms

Deveron Lewendal offers 2 years warranty from the date of purchase. The guarantee covers all manufactures defects. We check all watches personally before shipping. If you received a damaged or incomplete watch, please contact the Deveron Lewendal customer service as soon as possible.

For instruction on how to return a damaged or faulty product, write to us at contact@deveronlewendal.com. We will get back to you with guide. Please note that this warranty is only valid if you have bought your article from our official webpage deveronlewendal.com or from Deveron Lewendal authorized reseller.

Please save the order confirmation. This order confirmation is your warranty. Note that the customer is responsible for the cost of sending the product back to us. BUT, we refund all costs back in case of manufacture deflect.

IMPORTANT: Not covered by warranty

*Glass,case,batteries, screws, crown, buckles, band/bracelet.

* Any physical damage caused through misuse, accidents, neglect and inexpert repairs.

*Chemical damage

*Moisture/water damage, if watches used under conditions which exceed the watch manufacturer’s water resistance guidelines (3 ATM).

Water resistance

3 ATM protection/water resistance means that wristwatches are suitable for everyday use, handwashing, splash/rain resistant. Not suitable for showering, bathing, swimming, snorkelling, water related work and fishing. Particularly salt (sea)water and chemicals can be very harmful for watches. If you get it wet, immediately dry it with a cloth. IMPORTANT! The crown should be always pushed in completely to prevent possible water penetration.

NOTE! The warranty does not apply if a replacement of a battery has not been carried out by an authorized watchmaker.
